Racing around Jericho
Please note, the course routes might change in advance of the race due to weather conditions. Details of these changes will be displayed here.
There are three fantastic Run Jericho races, our 10K adults’ run, 5k run and a 1-mile fun run for Primary children. All three start and finish at St Barnabas Primary School, and loop around the local Jericho neighbourhood in Oxford, on fully or partially closed roads.
Multi-terrain adults’ 10K run
Our 10k multi-terrain race takes you round scenic routes through North Oxford. From the start in Jericho, the run continues along the Oxford canal and up through Port Meadow as far as Wolvercote. From Wolvercote it’s back down Port Meadow, down the canal towards the homestretch in Jericho.
The run can be challenging, as it is multi-terrain. Water is provided at the 5k mark, but we recommend that runners also carry their own.
We have measured the course as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee it is exactly 10K.
